Better pass could have made things interesting. Don't recall who caught the ball, but he had Dak running up behind the play for the lateral, and more importantly TY Hilton was on the 49ers sideline about 5 yards behind the play with 2 O-linemen in front of him and no defenders within 20+ yards.
Speculation was Zeke was supposed to run up after the pass was thrown (instead of Dak), but the DT did what DT's do when they see such a bad mismatch and ran threw his chest
