1. Indianapolis-Picks 34 (from Washington) and 44.

2. Miami-Picks 39 and 56 (from New Orleans).

3. Houston-Picks 40 (from Arizona) and 57.

4. Chicago-Picks 43 (from Las Vegas) and 50.

5. Baltimore-Picks 55 (from New England through Atlanta) and 60.

6. Seattle-Picks 59 and 64 (from Kansas City).

Note: The Saints could trade with any team in the second round.

Teams with multiple picks in the 2nd round are more likely to part with one of their picks.

So you’re saying any team with a second round pick would be eligible to trade with the saints? Thanks for clearing that up.

Are the Saints trying to trade back, or up in your scenario

This is definitely going to happen. Especially if their board dictates the value of a player. They almost never stay put and usually package something to get into that 2nd 3rd round mid/upper area. You know it is coming.

I actually agree with you. We don’t have a ton of holes (last couple seasons a lot of good draft picks have not made the team because there were no spots for them) so saving picks from 4 on has less value than trying to steal one starter from the 2nd round.

Yep. They are notorious for packaging those later round picks if their board has some guys they are targeting slide into value territory.

Honestly I'd like to get a 2nd this year and a 1st next year. That 1st could potentially end up high, giving us a shot at a QB.

A very Saints thing to do would be to draft LB or OL in the first round and then trade next year's first for a second rounder to take a WR who slipped in a deep draft.

This is a very probable scenario.
