Idk man all it takes is one or two injuries and all of a sudden we’re thin at CB. I’d rather stack up on good CB’s than go back to what we were before we drafted Lattimore.

It's crazy what they have done with the cap. A 29/30 yr old corner should not have a 31 mil cap hit from a contract he signed 4 years ago.

If these numbers are right you can see why the Saints won’t do it. It basically costs you the same to keep him as to cut/trade him.

And given that you aren’t getting much in return there really is no benefit.

Well, I guess that's it. I try to keep positive thinking on my Saints but get crushed by the Loomising factor. Who do we not re-sign next year? That should be the question.
