We hired a guy that wasnt ready. Either he figures it out along the way or he will be a failed experiment.

Because the line is trash, WRs were/are inconsistent, and the coaching decisions are questionable at best.

I've been saying this since early in the season. I'm sorry, but a smart OC /HC can't figure this out in week 12 after the same shite with 2 weeks to prepare. I know the team is trash but if we aren't going to at least attempt that play, which is coloring book type football, then Moore isn't going to win no matter what we have in the lineup.
