You are going to be pulling against them for at least a few years and maybe many more years that that.
There's no way to predict when the Saints might be good enough to get to the Superbowl again. Might be many years.

The fact that management didn’t understand they needed to fully rebuild after Brees left was kinda to be expected. They had CSP and a very good defense. And a promising offense minus a HoF QB.
When they refused to accept they needed to rebuild after CSP left makes me question if they understand how bad of shape this team is in. Talent wise and cap wise.
I haven’t seen anything yet that makes me think they understand what to do. So expect at least one more year of the same.

They shoulda rebuilt after the 2018 NFC CG loss against the Rams. Brees arm was a noodle

IMHO, this Saints lucked into the Payton/Brees Era. The true state of this franchise is the Era surrounding the 1980 Saints.
Nothing about this organization causes me to believe that they can successfully re-build. IMHO, it's more likely that the finances of the franchise will collapse after an extended period of comically bad football and the team is sold and moves to a more viable NFL city.
