Just hire Gruden and let him keep Allen as DC.

You all know Loomis doesn’t want to fire his brother in law Allen. I’d rather Chucky get a year out of Carr instead of another year of Allen. Carr also had his best season under chucky.

And this will make Goodell lose his shite. He can’t come out and chew out old lady Gale or suffer the optics of the public fallout.

Everyone wins.

When have you ever heard of a HC taking a demotion with the same team? It will not happen. Gruden will have to find a DC and that's fine, not that I necessarily want Gruden.

Remember the obvious cheating against the Saints/Payton? Go ahead and multiply that by 10 with Gruden.

Just tell Allen it's an explosive promotion.

How many coaches are out there that we could hire where we would say..."No...I'd rather keep DA as head coach"?

It’s unlikely, but he claims they are all family. He asked Gruden to come help in the off-season. Maybe he wouldn’t mind having him as his boss. He has to know he’s never getting another head coaching job again.

Plus it will be the final phase of completing his mission to turn us into the Raiders down south.

Gruden still needs to request permission to work in the NFL at any capacity. And I do not see Goodell moving too fast on granting that permission

The final mission would be to have Loomis promote himself then bring Mayock in as GM once Ireland leaves.

Honestly, I want every single person that was involved with the Payton era gone. It is obvious his people only worked with him in charge of everything.

Or hire Harbaugh and make Gruden and Allen coordinators.
