OUR TWO TEAMS HAVE MUTUALLY AGREED TO CANCEL THE JOINT PRACTICES THAT WERE SCHEDULED IN NEW ORLEANS THIS WEEK. AFTER OUR HEAD COACHES SPOKE EARLIER TODAY, WE DECIDED THIS WAS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF BOTH TEAMS AS WE CONTINUE TO PREPARE FOR THE REGULAR SEASON. A REVISED PRACTICE SCHEDULE FOR EACH TEAM WILL BE COMMUNICATED ONCE FINALIZED.

DA said in his presser that Demeco Ryans called him and said they're dealing with an abundance of injuries and didn't think they would be able to have productive practices.

There used to always be fights when we’d practice with the Texans.

both houston & new orleans dealing with 100F+ weather this week.
Think they just wanna be indoors and ice their dudes up for season finale. go into the season healthy
that and houston got absolutely manhandled...they need some confidence/alone time

Which makes perfect sense. Why risk an injury before the real games start?

They don’t want 3 days of getting that arse kicked. Their o-line is weak af. Texans probably 2-3 worst team along with Cards and LV.
