Exactly. Allen should have just allowed the players to have fun (and F*ck the Falcons) by giving the green light to score, or he should have covered for them in public and reprimanded in private.
now he just looks completely out of touch with his team and the players have all the power because he can’t discipline everyone and he’s galvanized support for former players behind the current ones on top of it
