Lol well we fricked up not trading Winston when he had some sort of value. Now he has absolutely zero trade value. Could’ve easily fools gold the cardinals or jets into trading for him . To get some sort of help on the oline or something

Imagine how fricked we would be right now if we had traded Jameis. Jesus.

Funny how all of these posters that claim they want this do not understand the entire roster ramifications. "If" the Saints had traded Winston to the Jets, at most they are looking at a 2024 6th round pick as compensation. But that also means Hill would have to be the QB2, and the only other QB on the roster is technically not on the roster due to a suspension. As a result, Hill would no longer be able to do "Hill things" because they have to have him ready to step in if Carr gets injured.

So, in game 2 when Williams went down, the Saints would have had TJJ as the only dressed RB and would be sitting here with a loss to Carolina. So possibly a 1-2 record.

I say possibly because "if" everything is the same, I believe Hill could have done more than Winston to hold on to that win. However, does the team have a 17-point lead without Hill?

Why not just have Taysom back up Jameis?
