The problem with Carr is he is a "linear" QB. he is not going make a play happen that is not already there. We will not hear an announcer say, "That play was set up by Carr" (unless its a defensive play)

He too often chooses his target before he breaks huddle and he cannot adjust to the defense. He makes no decoy moves to shake the defense off his go to receivers. His throwing accuracy is measured in 5 yard increments.
