no, they tried for watson, that was real
but other then that, everything they did, and didnt do, shows this coaching staff turned on cruise control, and intends to sleep through the next 3 years before a real coaching staff is hired to replace them.
started with the lazy as frick hiring of allen and then he called a lid on this season 5 minutes after the ink was dry on his contract

Pursue Watson, get deep into negotiations alienate current players, give other teams a crack at Jameis in the mean time, miss out on 1st wave of FA because of cap issues, massive Restructuring of said cap issues.
