As far as the NFL, I’m still not over No Call

But I just experienced the greatest CFB season of all time and I mourned the loss of March Madness and college baseball season.

Umm yeah the pic with Drew and Brit grinning ear to ear while chatting with Donald and Melania at the LSU / Clemson game.

You saw the comments on Twitter at the time, but teammates like Malcolm had to file that away rather than criticize.

Just dont let it offend you, skip the pregame if you have to. Watch it at a bar with other people. The politics of it only bother you if you let it

Do you not remember the commercials last season of Demario Davis talking about systemic racism and “voter suppression” by way of mandating folks produce a (free) form of ID in order to vote? Straight out of the left’s playbook and completely sanctioned by the shield. It will be 3 times worse this season

Lol this board is pathetic. Depressed!? Football still brings people together. Go sit in the superdome (it possible) when the season starts. There will no political talk just fans having a good time. For so many people who say “leave politics out of sports” that seems to be all y’all talk about right now

Very depressing. I love the Saints, but can’t help the feeling they resent the fans, a good number of whom support Drew’s initial response. To see him dragged through the mud and not one response from the organization in support of Drew? Awful!

You eloquently speak for so many. Thanks for reminding us of the good things in life and how the Saints fit in with family.

You eloquently speak for so many......White males who have been afforded the privilege to not worry about shite like this ever in their life.

This is why this platform was used. Love it or not people are listening. Sorry other humans suffering & pain is an inconvenience to your precious football

What about black males who have been afforded the privilege to make millions playing sports? Does their skin color make them more oppressed than a poor white male living on food stamps?

There is something I think and say more and more as the days go by that fits what you are talking about..."someone always ruins a good thing".

Many people use football as an escape. They donate and volunteer and are solid citizens, but they want some things without politics. Most want neither a Trump rally nor a BLM message at football games.

Imagine if, every time you went hunting or fishing it was interrupted before or during with messages about political causes, cancer, etc. Would you take a buddy along who wants to preach to you about anything all day on the fishing trip?

Right, working hard to make a living in the NFL is not a privilege.
