I think it’s better to ask if these players think it’s open season on blacks by cops. If you can answer this fundamental question Kaepernick “started”, then you fall on one side or the other. Today was basically about NFL players that hate trump. Either way, I’m so tired of this shite permeating every facet of life.

You stand to respect the anthem and the flag and those who have fallen for it. Intentionally NOT standing is to intentionally not show respect.
Second - what is the connection between BLM, blacks being shot by white cops etc and the anthem/flag? There should be none. The flag/anthem has nothing to do with those issues unless you're trying to demonstrate your embarrassed or your country isn't worth standing for. Which takes me back to disrespecting it.

For many football is a Fall weekend distraction from life. For me, as a lifelong Saints fan, it's been more. It's been part of my heritage and culture growing up.
Now, with politics being thrown into it by the NFL and ESPN I realize why do I give a shite about what these millionaires on Sundays say - like the fried-brained Hollywood crowd?
There are plenty other things more deserving of my Sunday time and more productive than to watch bafoons disrespecting my country and it's flag. Real heroes serve!
