If you were drafted, how would you like to find out the news?

I’ve always watched the draft and thought that if that were me, I’d like to find out when the commissioner or whichever guest picker announced it. I wouldn’t want to get the cheesy phone call from the GM that typically goes the same way 99/100 times

Thoughts? How would y’all like to get the news?

I think finding out as the pick is announced would be the most exciting.

I would prefer to be at the draft, get the call from my agent that I’m making millions, hug my family and friends, walk on stage to accept a fake hug from Goodell and kick him in the nuts.

think of it as the eli manning rule, no team wants to draft a guy who might say he wont play for you. its just an insurance move making sure the player wants to play for you, so its always going to be the GM telling you first
