If you haven't discovered 690 am yet......

...in the Greater New Orleans area, then you need to give it a shot. Been listening for a week now and the Morning Drive (6-8am) talks about 95% Saints info and has Larry Holder reporting live every morning with great info from training camp.
Also there is a show called the Sports Hangover from 10-1 during lunch. Haven't cought much of it but I'm betting it's kind of the same show.
I finally jumped on board and realized how bad Mike and Mike are. 70% commercials, 20% BS, and 10% actual sports talk.

I'm so glad I discovered. I was forced to listen to mike and mike or other dribble for a while. WWL even makes you sign in to listen to their stream. 690 AM....KILLING IT.

try 690am or 104.9fm. I doubt it reaches BR. But the interwebs is a wonderful thing.

I love that new show from 6-8 in the morning. It very easily moved up as my favorite sports talk radio show in the state.
Not a huge fan of those guys on from 10-1, but it isn't bad.
If they could just get that dork Karre Johnson off in the evenings I would be very happy.

The sports hangover is good. They talk saints 90%. Also, check out tune-in radio online and the iPhone app. WIST is the call letters.
ETA: 8-10 is the Dan Patrick show as well.

M&M are best when they aren't talking, i.e., when they have Mortenson, Schefter, Kurkjian, Olney, Sal Pal, Bilas, etc., calling in and dropping knowledge. That's the only reason I listen to them.
In addition to the hosts' annoying shticks, the show also claims unfunny-yet-oft-repeated gags (Liam's drunk mum, those God-awful "songs," and more); turrable fill-in hosts such as Herm Edwards; and more fricking commercials than I can count.
I like DP but he doesn't have the immediacy M&M do when they have their top info guys on the phone.
