I never said any of that was logical. I said clearly that I’m very much against trading up .
And you truly have issues with differing opinions. You should work on that.

Not at all. No one actual argues my opinions with anything logical, its usually just blatant denial.

When good opinions are presented I usually agree. There aren't many of those against my arguments. Usually because I'm basing my opinion off real shite and others are throwing shite at a wall.
How many times do I have to argue something, present evidence, get called condescending, get proven right, and then go in a circle again?
Maybe my goal is not to be condescending but to simply educate people so that good opinions can be formed. The people who call me condescending are the people who would rather blindly argue than to use their brain and dive deeper.

I have extremely thick skin and esp when it comes to message board chatter im just offering my opinions on things. I guess my reasonings are irrelevant or stupid to you and that’s fine. But calling my draft wishes a waste (referring to a diff thread today) and calling ppl stupid who think the saints should go in a diff direction than the one you’d prefer comes off as extremely condescending. . But I explained WHY it would be a waste. And I'm DEFENDING someone else being called an idiot. Neither of those things are condescending.
My goal is not to always be right or to think I'm smarter than others. My goal is to present the most logic, stats, and evidence towards a topic.
When I do this people get upset that it shits on their opinion REGARDLESS of what I'm saying is true or not. That's literally the reason we are having this conversation.

Oh this thread was destined to be a shitshow bc no one wants to trade up. I simply wanted to know if that horrrendous situation rears its head at the start of the draft whom everyone would be hoping its for. And I’m well aware that trading up for love , reese , or Bailey would almost assuredly be dumb AF. The edges would seem the least dumb bc they’re premium positions but I think J love could be the next saquon Barkley perhaps so if that happened and it was for Love it could look absolutely genius in 3 years. Just one of those “you never know “ hypotheticals.

If we were that serious about trading up for Love then I don't think we would have signed Etienne. You get a Tyler Allgier type player or someone cheaper and then go all in with your picks. I don't think we wasted $12mil space and want to go all in on assets for Love.

My guy, I clearly said I’m indifferent on the Love pick, even at 3. I’ve learned enough through the years to understand that the majority of the predraft speculation is basically pointless. There’s so many variables that go into whether or not a pick is ‘good’ or not.
I just sit back and let you guys trip all over yourselves going back and forth before the draft arguing about shite that has proven time and time again to NOT be an exact science
