If we acquire carr, need to get Greg Olson on the staff

Carr was really good under him for the raiders. Right now, he's an assistant for LAR. I would prefer him as OC, but maybe as a QB coach with curry in limbo.

i think carr would thrive in a carmichael offense. it just takes the right kind of qb. adding olson to the staff would be a win.

What the hell are y’all seeing in this guy that I’m not? He’s a middle of the road starting caliber QB in the NFL and some here are ok possibly giving up picks for him and paying him $25+ million a year. This blows my mind. Are we really settling for mediocrity? If we only want an average starting QB I would think we can find that in the draft and a hell of a lot cheaper.

Why not both?

Sign Carr and draft a QB

If you’re not trying at every level to get a top QB, you’re not doing it right.

You can’t win anything without a QB in the NFL
