He's going to face the same headwinds as the team did when trying to bring in a head coach...plus additional headwinds because everyone knows he's a sacrificial lamb.

Plus, he's not qualified on paper. So, it's a leap to think he's even capable of putting together a quality staff even in a fair situation.
