Bowers is the best te I’ve ever seen coming out of college. Hes who I hoped for when he starting dropping.
That being said, Fuaga was the right pick for us. Tackle was a huge need with Penning being a flop at left tackle. And Carr has to have superior protection to be good. He folds easily under pressure.

I thought NO wasn't going to take Bowers even if he landed in our spot. If he was on board, I thought they had a trade lined up with the Rams to move down?

Bowers went 1.13 so the point is moot but the idea of Bowers was you grab a stud when given the chance

Issue is we don't need 1 fuaga. At the time we needed to find 3 in the next few years. All things considered, I'm glad penning at least had potential and is a decent body at rt. That allows us a bit more leeway
