I think this franchise is headed for an extended stretch of mediocrity

It's just gonna be a complete mess for years. There's no leadership at the top. We don't have an owner with a vision for the franchise or a roadmap for how to get there. There's no accountability for failure. It's just Lauscha and Mickey go do whatever you think is best. 
I've said for a while l, I think we need to just let it fall apart, reset and rebuild the roster. But I'm pretty worried we're not going to come out of it. We're going to be one of these miserably run franchises that never gets it right and perpetually wins 4 ot 5 games a year.

Mediocrity would be nice. I predict multiple years of 5 or fewer wins.

I could handle a rebuild. We need that part. Our roster and cap situation are hell. But once we descend into complete tear down suck arse era, I've just got no faith in the current leadership to guide us out the other side.

Loomis needs to be fired (or persuaded to retire if he’s a “made man” since they want to act like mobsters). Allen is merely a symptom of the disease. It’s past time to gut the team and start a rebuild. We won’t see improvement until that happens.
