You will have to pray for bounty programs that we're told to stop and didn't for it to make a difference
this penalty is all about the cover-up/payton pissing on goddell's shoes and telling him it's raining.....not about the actual bounty

Hey fricknut, The NFL LO sent out a couple of memos to everyteam in the league telling them to stop bounty programs and that they have no place in the NFL. Every team that has one is currently hiding it from the NFL.
WE got fricked because WE had some piece of shite NARC go cry to Goodell with evidence.

Me neither if the NFL launches a full investigation of every team (especially because some have admited to having bounty programs) and enforces the same sanctions on them. No its not. The league said stop. NO one did. The Saints got caught and scapegoated. Goodell should launch an investigation of every team that has admitted this is common practice and punish each of them as extreme. That way he is sending a message about bounties.

Thing is, Fairley is aware of this and has offered to pay him off. I'm pretty sure he will take it, he doesn't have a lot of money anyway.

Yep. I can't believe they shrugged it off like it was no big deal, especially since Goodell has been on a power trip since he took over and loves making examples out of everyone.

Just wait until the defensive players on the saints teams are punished! They will get pissed and squeal on every team they ever played for. Loomis, Williams and Payton have been told to shut the f up and toe the NFL line or never work again. The players will be another matter!
