I had the most terrifying nightmare last night

Drew Brees was reported to have been sent to the Minnesota Vikings the day before the Saints season opener (in my dream it was a Sunday Night Football against the Falcons on NBC). It had something to do with having still not been able to work out a long term deal and still being on the franchise tag.
ESPN also wouldn't report what we got in exchange. Then I had to watch the Saints play without Peyton, Loomis, Vilma (he was suspended), Brees, or Williams. It was eerie.
In the dream, I even went on td to the saints board to try to find more information and had to read thread after thread of people saying their goodbyes. Some were pissed, most were saying thank you for the great memories and records and the Lombardi trophy.
P.S. The Saints were leading the dirty birds 7-0 in the first quarter when I woke up. The defense had recovered a fumble and returned it to the 5 yard line. Daniel threw a TD pass on the next play to Colston, so not all bad.

Some things are better left unsaid and kept to ourselves...

If you're dreaming about the Saints Board it may be time to move away from the computer for awhile...
If Chad and Patrick were in your dream it's definitely time to move way from the computer

You should be used to that, he's never played with us

Even in your wildest fears, your subconscious isn't worried about losing to the Falcons.
