Go look at his INT numbers when he was on the better Saints teams in late 70’s and you have your answer. Not the Cowboys, Steelers, Raider, Vikings etc teams of that era but the best of what he played with. How he gets expected from ANY cause of the poor Saints teams is beyond me. He was sacked more than anyone but threw more INTs than anyone as well. He was what he was as a pro, below average.
