Seat Geek crashed and there was no way for me to get into the game. Had to wait in 100* heat with 30+ other people, for about 45 minutes, with my dad, who’s wheelchair bound and on oxygen since COVID. All because paper tickets aren’t available. Ended up getting screenshots from my wife to use.

The new express escalators are awesome and work perfectly!

The new renovations looked like a property staged to be leased or sold.

STILL little to no TV’s to watch the game while you wait in concession lines for 15-20 minutes. Lawd help you if you wait for halftime…

WiFi still sucks and crashed a few times during the game.

The A/C was definitely not working.

The new food menu is lacking, to say the least. Bought one beer and it was legit hot. Had to go to another booth to get a cold one. Good luck to any vegetarians trying to eat.

The new standing room open views to the field is legit for sure!

The team is about the only thing worth the experience. We look like we can really make a good run this season!

TLDR: After ANOTHER price increase, not impressed and I’d like a refund, please.

Free parking and a 15 second commute from
the bedroom to living room at 11:30 am.

I watched the entire game on my bigscreen in the living room in 72 degree coolness with the blinds closed.

Easy access to food and bathroom the entire game.

By far the best way to enjoy a Saints home game.

One of my two tickets was accepted by the ticket machine.

No food available in the club area for at least an hour before the game due to computer malfunction of the credit card machine.

Well that’s not very inclusive.

Print out your QR code at home before you leave, just a tip

Like I said in the concessions thread. Lots of welfare recipients and children everywhere. Overall, I would give it 3.5/10 but it's preseason.

I'd withhold judgement until a close game ending. Leaving that feels like it will be a nightmare.

I’m not sure they will accept this. Seems like that would be the same as a screenshot. The codes this year have a moving line going around the QR code now.

Yeah it even says on the ticket screenshot will not work. I've noticed that on Pelicans tickets too

Ticket and concession prices don’t reflect any difference.

Thats false, it’s the only way I could get into the game today.

I didn't say anything about ticket or concession prices. I did find that $15 for a cocktail was a bit pricey

Sorry, guess I didn’t comprehend your preseason expectations. The overall team performance was encouraging.
