Everyone on the Fing Northshore knows what neighborhood SP lives in. I'm just waiting on an invitation to kick back some PBR w/him. My house is about 1/12 the size and cost of his, so we should have a lot to talk about.

Best post yet.

You guys remember watching the Super Bowl with the Rams/Titans? One of the things that drove Warner nuts (Vermeil talking about this) was the pressure the Titans got on Warner. Vermeil knew that under pressure, Warner can't get his timing down.

They had absolute fits with it until they figured out how to do try and get away with it....and the answer was Marshall Faulk.

There is no Marshall Faulk on the Cardinals team.

makes me feel like Arizona is gonna try to play a lot of zone stuff disguised as blitzes.

Do we send Vilma risking a screen or run off tackle?

I agree, we will have to run the ball IMO to win this game...keeps their safety honest and keeps the ball away form Warner...I am sure they are thinking the same thing...will be a very interesting game of matchups....

Screens will play a huge part of this game! PLUS, Reggie will have a 2 TD game!

Again, you will get burned once or twice, but keep your eye on the big picture, which is getting in Warner's head.

Agree. This game is going to be interesting because both teams style are alike. They both have similiar strengths and weakness. It comes down who will execute and capitialize when opportunities presents itself. Also, it will be interesting what coaches imposes their will and wins the chess match.

Fixed it.

That will be the Saints, and that is what will make the difference.

I said coaches and thats what i meant. So it didnt need fixing but thanks.

Of course pressure all night is the key on Warner. But if he throws a pic and you think hes goin to crumble, youre mistaken. Jus look at last years Superbowl game.

The biggest key is the Saints need to TACKLE better. Poor tackling is one of the major reasons why the defense has been suffering. Arizona lives off of YAC. Tackle in the open field and we'll be successful

If you're Coach Payton would you say something like this? "I can't stand Shockey. He's a serious D-bag. At the same time, I think anyone who argues that he has not helped us on offense this year is crazy. As to the which adjective more accurately reflects his ability (i.e., elite, average, etc...), I just don't see why it matters."

Well good luck with that one. Blitz him he loves to burn the Blitz. It will ge a very interesting game if Warner plays anything like he did on Sunday. Another high scoring shootout or will the Saints be a little rusty having the month off since that have not won a game in that long?

The Cardinals are seeing playoff red again and if you look at experience they have won 4 playoff games in the last 2 years and were one drive from having 5 victories. Like I said it could be a real fun game to watch.
