How many losses at the last second

I'm trying to look up how many overall games the Saints have lost at the last second. Not as simple as just a Google search (surprisingly since it happens so frequently). Anyone know where to find that statistic (or actually happen to know themselves)?

This will be the argument for keeping Allen another year. “We are so close!”

Just wait to you see how many career wins Allen has in November

People blame Dennis the Menace, and even mention Payton losing at the last second, but I know this has been going on pretty much the entire existence of the team. I'm only 40 tho, so I don't remember all the way back. I just know older fans always say they are used to it now.

He is 18-20 right now? I think we finish 6-7 so with the Saints he would be 24-27

Yes, I am used to it. Dennis Allen was a historically bad hire. Even then, he is much better than I thought he would be. He is an average coach or maybe slightly below average is more accurate.

I know, historically, there's a lot of 7-9 type seasons, or 1st round playoff losses. But, take away all the end of game choke jobs, I gotta wonder what their records would have been? Have we not been as bad a team as records indicate? Has our main problem always been finishing games?

Allen will not change that image. Carr and Allen are not made with that type of mentality.

Shouldn’t it be “We are sofaking close”

A lot of games across the league are won/lost in the final seconds.

That’s his point.
This is an entertainment business. Create drama. I just knew that a PI call was gonna cost us the game. Every damn time. Like clockwork.
Pass interference needs to be a 15 yd penalty. Not a spot foul.

Historically, this franchise has had more coaches worse than Allen, than better. Payton and Mora were better. He and Hasslet are about the same right now.
I hate losing the way we did but I spent so much of my Saints fandom with no hope it is hard for me to get too pissed when the Saints are at least competitive.
I like DA's defenses but I am not exactly enthralled with him as a head coach.

Doesn’t Carr have among the highest number of game winning drives among active QBs? Lol
