He has not practiced with the first team

My opinion
Made throws Rat has not, the 10-15 yard passes so he is seeing the field better.
Better touch on the ball.
I think Olave slowed down a tad on that missed TD pass. Maybe missed judged it.
way too many passes just dropped. was unreal

This! Look, the ball could have been A LITTLE more to the outside……but that was PRIMARILY on Olave. Shough’s ball placement was better than Rattler has been all season with ABSOLUTELY NO 1st TEAM REPS.
I don’t think Shough will be the answer either, but anyone shitting on Shough today……has an agenda

That wasn’t a timing issue. It was him having 2 defenders smashing his face in while not being able to step into his throw. That’s a tough one for any QB. The way he threw the ball all evening says he’ll land that throw in the future.

He looked great given the circumstance. He actually got the ball out of his hands and down the field which Rattler never does. Rattler looks at his read and then dumps it off, never pushing the ball downfield. Total opposite seen from Shough. Shough dropped back and pulled the trigger… downfield. Not sideline to sideline and not a dump off, actual progressive plays. I’m hoping to see more from him
