Over 15 years ago a crappy team signed a has been qb that was once very good at age 34 and thought to be washed as it’s backup. He eventually started b/c the incumbent couldn’t get it done and eventually got his team to the super bowl. His name was Kurt Warner.

It’s been done before, time for the ginger to repeat history. Pull the trigger Allen.

Dalton’s stats in 2021
8 games played
1500 yards
8TD 9 Int

Dalton is not the savior you and others are trying to make him out to be.

Saints don’t need a savior

Saints need someone who can get Kamara, MT13, and Jarvis the ball

I just posted his stats from last year. Nothing about that screams that he’s going to make any difference if the team performs the way they did and the coaching staff doesn’t improve.

How can you say this????

He’s never played with an arsenal of weapons like Kamara, Thomas, etc.

And Jameis is literally SUCKING with that talent.

Are you really comparing last year’s Bears’ roster to this Saints’ team. They are and we’re awful at almost every position save maybe one very good RB.

I don’t know if Dalton will be any better, but last year is not a good judge of what he will be.
