you don't get to show up with a gun and retaliate with someone who then feels the need to retrieve their gun due to you having your gun. That doesn't authorize you to shoot to kill in self defense.

After I said he is guilty, I am clearly pointing out what he did does not authorize self defense. Why would you then respond to me saying it doesnt authorize self defense? Just admit you didnt read my whole post

Judge would not lower Hayes' $1.75M bond... and trial date is set for 9/20 and is expected to last about 2 weeks
