Didn't media just report on opposition to kneeling? It wasn't really the kneeling that was the story.
Then - Player kneels + Trump tweets boycott the NFL = Mainstream Media Cycle
Now - Player kneels + nobody cares = No Story
Who knows - Maybe as we get closer to the midterm elections politicians will start arguing more about shite like this that doesn't affect our daily lives but is divisive.
