I always thought it was him.
Didn't he say something about that audio back when it was originally talked about....I though he addressed it in a letter he wrote back when the suspensions were handed out?

They played the video on ESPN once, I've been looking for it but it seems to have been taking down everywhere. The video clearly shows a player saying "I want my money" not "Bobby Mccray pay me my money."

Roger hired a former Washington DC voice expert that has independently confirmed it to be the voice of Anthony Hargrove. Hargrove appealed saying "it wasn't mine", Roger denied appeal based on evidence.
