I expect this will end up being a good move for the browns. They do have some solid talent on the DL... probably more than any other position group on their D. Ogbah, Shelton, Nassib. Plus they have like 15 draft picks again.

Lol. Robert Quinn, Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers, Alec Ogletree, EJ Gaines, Trumaine Johnson & Lamarcus Joyner. The Browns don't nearly have the talent Williams had with the Rams. Williams will suck without the Rams talent on defense.

Ray Horton to Gregg Williams is a downgrade any way you look at it. This is a move for the sake of making a move.

I didn't say they had nearly as much talent as the Rams. I would be inclined to say that no one does on the DL.

I just meant that Williams is able to get something done up front with very little. He did it here. Should see an improvement in that department in Cleveland.

Williams blitz heavy scheme depends on good safety play. The Browns are shite at safety. Williams will have problems in Cleveland.

LOLOLOLOLOLOL The Rams defense, as talented as they are, underachieved with Gregg Williams as DC. Williams is overrated.

Here is my double A gap or overload blitz presnap. Now shift & audible accordingly. Williams is a dinosaur in terms of scheme. Cleveland will be terrible defensively under Williams.

Just a sign of a poorly run organization. shite team gonna do what a shite team gonna do.

Williams scheme first got exposed in the Seattle game in 2010 when he kept asking Roman Harper to cover the Seahawks TEs. At San Francisco in 2011 was the nail in the coffin. He hasn't been able to recover since.

No they do not. Over the majority of his career, his defenses rank 16th or worse in almost every statistical category.

Every Defensive Statistical Ranking for Every Gregg Williams Coached Defense

While myself & every Saints fan appreciates the tough, turnover causing mindset he brought to New Orleans that lead to a Super Bowl title, that doesn't mean that Williams is a great X & O coach nor does that prevent him from being justly critiqued & criticized either. He is also a piece of shite for how he threw the Saints organization under the bus to try to save his own hide.

Pretty much. The cupboard is bare in terms of talent in Cleveland.
