That touchdown at the end of the half made me gag and I had a hard time sleeping. I'm a bad coach if we can't understand that situation after a timeout. Yes, there have been a lot of eyes opened in the meetings because when I go into meetings and I talk to grown men about things that should be obvious -- it obviously wasn't obvious. That was not a very good thing to have happen at the end of a half -- bad coaching, bad playing, ignorant. And they understand that.

bwahaha. this guy is going to turn this defense around.

At least he saw the same thing we all did.

I think we all saw it before the snap of the ball. Hell, they were calling the play before it happened. Now, THAT'S bad.....

It looked like David gave up on the play

David just can't physically stay with those guys, but I'm not worried because it's preseason and he's keeping Porters spot warm.

It's refreshing to hear a coach show his emotions and being honest . The previous d. cord. would have never come out to say this, in fact I don't know if I ever heard him say anything!

and all kidding aside about the "Pain Train", I do feel sorry for him. I agree 100% that he has to go, but it's a shame that somebody with his attitude gets beaten so bad each and every week. Sometimes it's the Safety's fault and other times it is his, but regardless of that, he never complains, blames anyone but himself and is always a man about the situation.

I may not like him as a football player, but I sure as hell respect him as a man of honor. The Donovan McNabbs of the world should take a lesson from him.

yeah Williams had some gems last night on 4th Down on Four....when asked about David he said "it is what it is"

then Juan Kincaid said he doesn't expect David to make it past the next round of cuts

ouch.

he is a Midget, so that would probably work! I want him in the 42 jersey though

I recall the first year he started for us after we got him from Indy...We played the Colts that year when they were defending superbowl champs and Peyton put up 6 TD's on the Saints and it really looked like he was targeting David. I think he got burned for 4 of those TD's.
