Grantham is not the answer with the personnel we currently have.

Last time he had personnel like we got, his D was very similar to this years at browns.

Granthams 3 years in Cleveland was like a mudslide that went straight down a mountain

11-5 in 4th year... I get your point but he hasn't been good enough at college level to warrant forgiveness IMO

I just still can't honestly believe Ryan is Payton's front runner. I really can't.

I don't see much love for Grantham in here.

So should we just hope Payton hires this unknown guy who is supposed to be the 3rd to interview?

I'm not sold on Grantham. I guess if the choices were Grantham or Ryan, I'd want Ryan. Our D is a complete mess. Somewhat starved for talent. Do we want a guy who has never coordinated an NFL defense to come in to clean up this mess?

Hell last post for day or night however you want to look at it. Only one answer out there--- Steve Sidwell

Only 68, maybe he can rekindel the magic.

Let the Dome Patrol arise from the ashes.

Somewhat drunk, but I kind of like this idea.

Wasn't his defense top 5 in the nation the year before last?
