Yea I reread and caught it was high school. Still pretty cool. I quit band in 7th grade for football but always missed it. Both my brothers were big in the school band

I've been in both high school and college marching bands and I think I can tell a good band from a shitty one. I don't even think Southern or Grambling know the meaning of tuning their instruments before they play.
And without fail, some no talent hack chimes in with “southern and grambling’s bands suck!” It happens every year after the Bayou Classic.
