Marcus Williams had a spectacular rookie season, and could have a stellar career. He was trying to make the right decision and not interfere. As a competitor, I'm sure he's crushed. I invite Nola to be encouraging and supportive as well as we move on.

Williams was coming in to make a play on the ball, but realized he had no angle on it, and was going to hit the WR early (PI that puts Minny in game-winning FG position). So he peeled off and went down to avoid that.
He could have hung back more and went for a tackle, but he didn't initially do that, and got caught out of position.
It is what it is. I hate losing the game like this as much as anyone. But I'm not gonna hate on the guy for that.
I do wish we'd had more pressure at the end.
