Landry would cost much more cap space - but easily more proven.
I love Jarvis. I’m an LSU homer. But he’s a Thomas clone - Toney would be a better fit.

He's got plenty ability but was always considered a headcase and if they're trading him this fast it more than backs that up.
true...but that's why he's available.
The price needs to be right.

Toney missed most of the Giants training camp last year I believe.
he had Covid at one point but also battled hamstring issues as well.
he didn't do the voluntary workouts last year either but still hadn't signed his rookie deal at the time.
he was a quarterback in high school. He can break a lot of tackles. i've half assed followed since his high school days. Real good QB at Blount high school. Carried the team on his back most weeks.
i remember he had the really good senior year at Florida but was quieter than I thought he would be for the total time he was there. My opinion.
him not doing the voluntary workouts (now) after he missed a lot of time his rookie year cause he was hurt is a bad sign.
He's got every reason to soak up the new playbook and put in some work cause other than one real good year at Florida, he's unproven.
love his game but he doesn't seem to be "all in" you know?

Uh frick yeah.
Dude is a poor man’s Tyreke Hill.
Would be a fantastic compliment to MT13 and actually give us someone electric in the WR group.
Giants are such a dumpster fire of a roster. They have a few skill pieces with really high potential but their trenches are a complete disaster. Maybe they’re hoping to cash in and remedy that a bit.
They are trading him cause he is a headache.

Do it. What could go wrong.
