Brown was a 6th rd pick, hardly a waste.
Brown's an elite KR, who might occasionally see the field as a WR. We assume he can return punts, but I can't find a lot on that (Zavion Harris did it at LSU), looks like he did have 11 PR for Kentucky, 7.7 yd average, no scores or big returns.
Styles is an elite athlete, probably see most of his time on
Brown isn't really a punt returner imo. I can see him strictly returning kickoffs tho. To me he isn't some deep threat at receiver either. If he doesn't make it as a returner I don't see him being a guy that teams covet.
His play strength is extremely week and he doesn't fight for yards.

LSU completely used him wrong. He had an additional 2 yards per catch more every season at Kentucky than his season at LSU.
