FYI: the names of the head ref and his crew from tonight

Head Official: Cletus Blakeman.


Blakeman's 2017 NFL officiating crew consists of umpire Ramon George, down judge Hugo Cruz, line judge Dana McKenzie, field judge Joe Larrew, side judge Dyrol Prioleau, and back judge Steve Patrick.

The officiating crews get a sheet for "points of emphasis" for each team before the games.

It was discussed prior to the Saints Superbowl game.

It is how the NFL fixes or controls games.

But, sometimes, teams play really bad even though the "points of emphasis" favor them.

It is how you have a close game when a team is clearly inferior to its opponent.

I know.....actually, in the case of Ed Hochuli, he was a well known Phoenix attorney, everybody knew where to find him.....he did not care....would you frick with Hochuli if given the chance? I wouldn't. Plus, he is a big believer in conceal and carry .
