Doesn’t matter. Our QB room is whack.

Not so long ago, the saints were seemingly stuck in 7-9 mode with one of the best qbs in the nfl. It's almost like all those guys around the qb matter too

Never said they didn't, smart guy. But if you have all of that and no QB it doesn't matter.

Exactly what OP was implying. We'd be an all time great team, or maybe at least winning a crappy division.

At some point you have to accept it’s not just bad luck. They’re doing something wrong preparing these guys to stay healthy. There’s also an argument they’re collecting guys that are known for their inability to be available.

Spot on post. The last thing this team needs is to make the playoffs and for the brass to think they're moving in the right direction.

We let Alexander and armstead (2 of the most oft injured players) leave. Davenport has been mostly healthy this year. I really didn't consider Thomas a major injury risk entering this season. Hasn't landry been mostly healthy his career? Now I do think it's time to question the saints' medical staff

Link to the "Man Games Lost NFL" tweet. This is where that rank came from.

Bad luck is:
Michael Thomas going from 1 missed game in 4 years, to becoming injury prone.

Cam Jordan having a broken eye socket and missing his first career game due to injury

Pete Werner getting hurt.

Collecting guys is spot on:
Marcus Maye (4 games missed)
- missed 10 games in year 2, 11 games last year

This will be the narrative used to keep Dennis Allen around one more year.
