The point of paying your debt to society does not guarantee you won't make the same mistake twice. It never does in any instance.

If a man his size drinks about 7 shots of liquor, he'll have a BAC pretty much close to .126. However, for that to be there SEVEN HOURS LATER (if his story is to be believed), his BAC when he stopped drinking would have had to be in the .231 area, which is about 12 or 13 shots for a man his size. The symptoms at that level generally include stupor, loss of understanding, and impaired sensations.
So there's some issues here.
Still, dude had enough money to catch a cab.
BTW, at .126, you have impaired motor skills and reaction time, which could have been useful in that situation.

So is that your next argument? All people who has sped through a crosswalk should get 10 years in prison to teach them a mother fricking lesson?
The language is unnecessary, douche.
You have a bad habit of just making stuff up. I did not say that speeders should get 10 years doofus.
But your previous post makes absolutely no sense. Getting a speeding ticket does not compare to killing a person while driving drunk.
And I'm done again.

But you can kill someone speeding.
Just like you can kill someone under the influence in any DUI/DWI which you are showing zero tolerance and zero sympathy for.
Apply your standards across the board. I'm using the language because A) I mother fricking feel like it and B) it's appropriate for your disdain for Donte and his actions at this time.

Yeah, but Donte killed someone!! Can't you get that through your head....he was drunk!! Why are you passing him pardon for this heinous crime??

But he's not doing a "pardon". His family took millions of dollars instead of the court going hard on Donte. Donte is additionally serving a jail sentence, 1000 community service hours, and additional has some severe driving restrictions put on him for a long time possibly rest of his life. It's not like he's getting off easy. But the family took the fricking money.

Dude, Chad doesn't give 2 fricks about Donte or the dead dude. He is just fricking around trying to:
a/ get his post count up before the end of the month quota
b/ make this go 10 pages so he can say he did it.
That is all. His arguements are sarcastic in every facet of the imagination. It is so funny how sim and others give him the pleasure.
Do me a favor. Make Chad make the last post before it goes 10 and kill the thread. Now THAT would be funny.

As they should have. He is rich compared to them.

And 10 years of probation...not long enough.

See above.

Damnit whodat...I was trying keep this thing going so that it would reach 10.....i can stop though because I really don't care about Dante or Donte or what his sentence was or what it should be.

If it's your opinion that Priority number 1 to make Donte go to jail as long as possible.... then the family is to blame for that.
Family chose money over justice.
Let's throw out another example:
My wife is murdered by a thug for no apparent reason.
Thug offers me 5 million dollars for me to "ask the prosecution to go easy" and in turn they do.
Now is it the thug to blame for him getting off the hook too easy or is it my fault?

Your wife is already gone. Take the money. Buy yourself another one.

Is it the new cool thing to act like you can't spell a former Saint's player of 4 years name?

That's your prerogative but you are bitching about the justice not being served. You want your gerbil alive yet want anal pleasure. Can't do both.
