Unless your drafting another OT like Fano, Proctor, Miller or Iheanachor(sp) in the late first early second I wouldn't do that.

McCoy and Delane are what and what. I prefer McCoy, taller, more physical, longer arms, bigger hands, and can jam recievers better.

The only receiver I really like in the first is Tyson and he has injury concerns.

The more I watch him the more I like him. He is definitely the best all around receiver in this class. Great contested catch ability, really good with the ball in his hands, good nose for the endzone.

Tate is a good route runner, and he is good at contested catches, but he doesn’t offer much with YAC, and he has trouble with press coverage……and he was never THE guy. He definitely benefited from Smith being the #1.

Lemon is really good, but he would be primarily a slot guy. I like the YAC capability, and he plays physical….so I wouldn’t be mad at the pick. Just not sure they would want a slot in the 1st.

IMO we need to double up on WR in this draft. I REALLY like Vele, but there is a STEEP drop off on this roster after him. You couple that with the injury issues with him and Olave, and we obviously need more weapons in that room.

I don’t think Tate is that much better than the guys you can get in the second and I’m not big on Lemon. I don’t think Delane is that special either.

Agreed on Tate but I don’t get the Lemon hate. He was a frickin beast all year and won the biletnikoff. I wholeheartedly believe he’d come in and instantly be our best receiver.

Yeah, I like Lemon more than Tate.

I'd be cool with picking a WR to help out Shough but that usually isn't the Saints style.

Agree 100%. I’m just ready for this draft. Most excited I’ve been for a draft in a long time.
