Allen’s career record as a head coach.. 12-39-0… He had a 8-28 record while coaching the Raiders. The 2 seasons were both 4-12, before being fired on the 0-4 start... all you need to know..

Why do you think he hired Allen? Loomks wanted to have personnel control, and he didn’t want someone who could figure out quickly that he didn’t know what he was doing. Allen is no threat to Loomis’ job.

Defensive Coordinators suck as Head Coaches. They only care about the defense and ignore the offense. The successful coaches in the NFL are offensive coaches.
