I don't know about that. Another retread, guess they haven't learned from the last one. Stefanski has done a lot of stupid shite with the Browns. Might be an upgrade over Mooris, but I don't think this guy will do much in Atlanta.

Also, I dont want Shaheed going to Atlanta. I like still rooting for him. I feel like Kubiak would try and bring hin along.
You mean the guy that Seattle has barely used at WR?

Stefanski and Kubiak are from the same coaching tree under Mike Shanahan and Gary Kubiak, and run similar offenses. Stef also has time under Andy Reid in his West Coast system and blends that into wide zone offense. The only real difference between the two is one was a HC before and the other wasn’t.
Stefanski was the best candidate not named John Harbaugh. He got a really bad shake in Cleveland with Andrew Berry as GM the last few years. Berry spent time and money building a defense while ignoring offense, saddled Kevin with an overpaid sex offender, then forced him to play Sanders when Kev’s guy was Gabriel.
I look for him to have a big impact on Atlanta’s offense with Robinson running that wide zone. He just needs a QB that can push a ball downfield on time and not screw up. Atlanta is going to be very dangerous if they get a decent QB.

Quotes from “The Athletic” article (behind a paywall so I won’t link to it) describing the hire.
“In his (Stefanski’s) six seasons, the Browns were 29th in the league in scoring (20.31 ppg), 24th in point differential (minus-296) and 31st in offensive expected points added (minus-563.37).”
And they went the cheap route-
“Seattle offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, who also interviewed for Atlanta’s opening, worked as Stefanski’s quarterbacks coach in Minnesota in 2019. The Falcons also interviewed former Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, former Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel, Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley, Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter, Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver and Seahawks defensive coordinator Aden Durde for the head coaching position.”
A posted “victory pic” from the world’s worst picture-taker:
They put the architect of 28-3 in charge of the whole operation.

Stick to crying about the end zones, you don’t know shite about actual football…

See a lot of falcons fans on X complaining about this hire because it’s disrespectful to Deion LOL. Seriously how does Deion have that much influence on that fanbase when he was only there for 4 years and bolted to a division rival to win a ring?
