Let Kubiak hire his own people that fall within the tree.

EB is just going to hop to the next promotion when the opportunity presents itself

To be fair, if Kubiak does well, he will be a HC within a year or two, because that's how it works now.

Washington's offense was worse this season with Bieniemy than the previous season.

Just like klint fell off from shanahan coattails lol . This shite has to be the stupidest saying right now . The difference between klint and EB is one has more experience calling plays without an offensive minded HC making sure he score’s touchdowns on all plays . Completely dumbfounded how klint is praised like an offensive god lol. he above all coaches no matter the experience calling actual plays for an offensive and devolving his own scheme!! Like realistically EB is probably a more qualified candidate than klint lol.

But its not stupid to say. EB has had opportunities and hasn't done anything outside of having Mahomes as QB. At minimum, Kubiak is a departure from Payton's system, which doesn't seem to work without Payton, and is a fresh set of ideas coming in. You cannot/will not get that from EB.

why are their discussions about EB being anything more than a possible RB coach being thrown out there right now? He in no way be a coordinator of the offense.

There’s a reason he has never gotten a head coaching job. The guy has some off the field baggage that scares teams away.

Interesting take. Being that several black coaches were hired as HC but keep trying to drum up the drama. A-hole.

Beinemy didn't get the job because he was seen as being a hardnosed type of coach by the soft NFL players of today's game. He went there with the mindset and coaching style he had with the Chiefs and it just backfired on him. He was co-headcoach with Rivera, and so he had a lot of control over the team and players than any normal OC would ever have. His style just didn't mesh with the players and he tried to turn Howell into another P Mahomes. Sowell is no Mahomes of course, and so Bienemy just struggled mostly all season with trying to turn Washington into another KC. SMH
