The 2017 draft we always lean on will have been 7 years ago by the time the draft rolls around. What makes you think the Saints will take a QB, much less a good first round pick? (I will concede Bresee looks like a decent pick but he’s the outlier.)

yep, the “Jeff Ireland drafts well” narrative is the biggest con job we ever fell for.

The Eagles have our 2nd round pick so that sucks. We have Denver's 2nd but ours is likely to be higher.

They will just trade their 1st and Denver’s 2nd to move up to take a project pass rusher that will never see the field.
