Obviously can’t say this factually, but have to think if they keep their pick last year and take someone like Kyle Hamilton.. they would’ve been better able to defend KC and possibly win this Super Bowl.

Now our pick back to them will help them rebuild when they lose a lot of free agents this off-season, but they likely aren’t back in the Super Bowl anytime soon imo

you sir are a fricking moron

NFC is weak and they have a super talented young team, they will probably be the 1st seed again next year.

If you’re going to be this idiotic, can you at least do the bare minimum research. First of all, there are no guarantees that they would have been interested in Hamilton. You don’t know where they had him graded.

2nd of all, Hamilton went after their 1st pick when they picked Davis. If they wanted Hamilton, they would have had to forgo drafting Davis.

Finally, that 2nd first round pick they had, they sent to Tenn for AJ Brown. They didn’t give up a 1st to the Saints for anything, they essentially just moved down a spot

Totally disagree with the 2nd part....Yes the NFC is weak, but Dallas will get things corrected enough to win. The Eagles had a real easy schedule this year. Similar to what the Saints have next year.

They swept the NFC North and got 5 wins against the NFC East foes. Also played the AFC South. 14 of their games.

Eagles get the AFC East--so Bills, Dolphins, Patriots and Jets. Also get Chiefs. They play the West so get 49ers, Rams, Cards and Hawks.

Why do people always assume Dallas will do anything other than choke year after year? I really don't see anything that points to them turning that dumpster fire around. It's a rinse and repeat every single year.

Last 5 NFC Super Bowl reps and they're record the following year...

Rams, 5-12
Bucs, 13-4
49ers, 6-10
Rams, 9-7
Eagles, 9-7

Only 1 maintained/exceeded the results of the previous season, bucs. 3 of the 5 missed the playoffs altogether. The eagles made it as a WC

Didn’t they have three? They could have drafted another player this year to help them. They essentially took more future picks from us to get out of the first.

That’s what the OP is saying.
