He'll be an even better leader because he knew he was wrong in the end and admitted it. His teammates appreciate him more for that I'm sure. That's what leaders do. They acknowledge the people around them. They don't scoff at people and rub their dicks in their face

What was he wrong about?

His stance being more important than what is happening to the black community and has been happening to the Black Community. He understands that now.

He was not wrong and still does not think he was. He HONESTLY offered personal feelings on an issue and intolerant teammates told him to GOF Himself. He was not wrong. He had a respectable opinion.

This is such BS.

Everyone acted like Drew deliberately said everyone should feel like me... He didn't, though. He stated HIS personal feelings about the subject and that's it. Just because HIS feelings doesn't align with the rest of the racist arse left doesn't mean he should be lynched for it.

Also, frick Drew for apologizing. Never apologize for being patriotic.

I could very easily argue this and make your comment look foolish.

But, because Brees himself came out and folded, there really is no point. Instead, comments like yours will define reality. It's a shame, but you can't prevent people from destroying themselves.

And, back to the original topic, there is zero chance Brees can lead this team. Nobody respects Drew Brees.

You are correct. He had a metaphorical Orchiectomy in front of the nation.

If I am not mistaken, didn't Brees make his comments about his beliefs re the American flag and then said that he understood about the issues blacks have with police brutality and supported them in protesting this issue? slightly paraphrasing but I am pretty sure he did add this comment.

Have we really survived it? Apparently it isn’t easing any racism accusations.
