Appreciate Brees but it’s probably time to move on to a new QB that can throw and run. It’s the new wave in the NFL. It’s time to give the keys to Hill.

Here is what I come up with
Better - Jackson, Mahomes, Rodgers, Garappolo
As Good - Brady, Wilson
Just behind - Goff, Wentz
There is 0 chance we can make a move for any of those guys
The entire team came out flat. We couldn’t tackle cooks. Our secondary was abysmal, Lattimore as well, which is unusual. Williams didn’t even turn his head on the final TD. We couldn’t do anything on offense 21 yards for each of our backs. The team cost us that game. None of our stars had a good game. In fact, all of them instead of maybe Michael Thomas had awful games.
If you think Brees is the only reason we lost that game, your fooling yourself.
It’s a fact he is declining, I am 100% for looking for our next QB. However if you think we have anyone else at QB )besides Lamar Jackson, Mahomes, Rodgers, Jimmy G) we win that game, you’re delusional

So we going to put this performance on the defense. They played well enough to win. The continuously gave the ball back to our record setting qb who came up short time after time. This game is on Drew. Stop trying to deflect.

I’m ready to give him a shot as well. Give him a couple games next year and see how he does but you don’t need to cut Drew to achieve that.

Drew is aging. All great things eventually come to an end. I was hoping he had 1 more SB run in him. Still love the guy and what he has done while a Saint. He may come back better than ever. This was a weird season for him. I wont be disappointed if he returns
