The bigger question is:
will he invite Jacob Blake?

Making it real hard to maintain my “frick Sean” stance.

Not sure why this fan base ever held that opinion. Payton stayed here for a long time and tried his hardest to get us another ring. It just didn't work out, and to be quite honest, I feel as if that was by design by the NFL. Once he realized that, he took a year off and then went to Denver to see if they would screw him over. Does the NFL just not like Sean, or do they just hate the team?

You shouldn’t have had it to start with, he took a team practicing in a parking lot in San Antonio the year before he became head coach to the NFC title game his first year and ultimately a Super Bowl. Time to let hard feelings go.

It’s still incredible to think they went to the NFC Championship Game in 2006. After everything that happened the year and a half prior.

I think it is more the work of just one person in particular; not the NFL as a whole.

not sure why a fan base would feel scorned that their coach left them when times finally got tough here because drew brees retired?

Brother, what? He stuck around for Jameis as our QB, and until he got injured you cant deny that this team looked playoff bound. He then stuck around a few more years, but just could never get the same success.

He then went to Denver and drafted Bo Nix, a QB this board flat out laughed at and took them to the playoffs.

It's not like he left as soon as Drew retired and then went coach TB with Tom Brady. It's not like he took over Patrick Mahomes, or Josh Allen. Yall weird AF for saying he left to have it easier.

This bolded statement was all I needed to know you’re uneducated on the topic you’re trying to speak on.
